Tushen Matsalar Magudin Jarrabawa a Makarantun Arewacin Najeriya – Farfesa Salisu Shehu

 

Shugaban jami’a a jahar Kano ya bayyana wasu matsalolin da suka jawo yawaitar satar jarrabawa a Arewa.

Ya bayyana wasu hanyoyi shida da su ne manyan dalilai da suka jefa al’ummar Arewa cikin yawaitar satar jarrabawa.

Ya bayyana hake cikin wata tattaunawa da wakilin Legit.ng Hausa kan batutuwan da suka shafi ilimi.

Kano – Farfesa Salisu Shehu, kwararre a fannin ilimin shari’a kuma shugaban jami’ar Al-Istiqama da ke Sumaila a jahar Kano ya bayyana tushen matsalar magudin jarrabawa a Makarantun Arewacin Najeriya.

Farfesa ya bayyana hake yayin wata hira da wakilinmu na Legit.ng Hausa a farkon makon nan, inda ya bude maganganu da yawa da suke da alaka da karantarwa da ma harkar tabarbarewar ilimi a yankin Arewa.

A cikin hirar, wakilinmu ya masa tambaya kan asalin musabbabin satar amsa a jarrabawar makarantu tare neman sanin a ina matsalar ta soma; shin bangaren malamai ne ko kuma hukumomi ko ma dai daliban.

Farfesa Salisu Shehu ya amsa tambayar da aka masa kan tushen matsalar satar amsa a makaranta, inda ya bayyana cewa:

“Matsalar satar jarrabawa ba matsalace ta wani bangare guda ba. Dukkan al’umma tana da laifi game satar jarrabawa.”

A bayanansa, ya danganta laifin satar jarrabawa ga wadannan bangarori guda shida kamar haka:

1. Gwamnati

Ya yi bayanin cewa, gwamnati ta gaza wajen ba da abubuwan da ake bukata don tabbatar da ingancin ilimi a kasar. Ya ce, wannan sakacin gwamnati ya faru ne ta hanyar rashin isassun kayayyakin aiki da kayayyakin karatu har ma dai da tabbatar da kwarewar malamai.

2. Hukumomin gwamnatin ilimi

A bangare guda, ya kuma bayyana hukumomin gwamnati da cewa suna tattare da son zuciya da rashawa wajen aiwatar da abubuwan da gwamnati ta samar wanda bai taka kara ya karya ba.

A bangaren shugabannin makarantu, Farfesa ya bayyana cewa, rashin tsoron Allah da tsoron abin da ka iya biyo baya daga hukumomin ilimi na daya daga cikin dalilan yawaitar satar jarrabawa.

Ya ce:

4. Malamai

5. Iyayen dalibai

Iyayen dalibai kuwa ya koka da rashin jin tsoron Allah da suke dashi tunda har za su iya amincewa a ba ‘ya’yansu sakamakon jarrabawar da basu cancanta ba.

Game da gudunmawar iyaye a satar jarrabawa Farfesa ya ce:

“Sun san cewa ba jarrabawar ce ta hakika ba, amma sai mutum in ya ci jarrabawa ta hanyar karya ya zo yana tutiya wai yaronsa ya yi kokari ya samu ‘Credits’ 9 alhali ya san karya ne.”

6. Dalibai

A bangaren dalibai, Farfesa ya ce sun riga sun zama malalata kuma ba su da sha’awar karatu, inda ya koka da cewa dalibai a yanzu sun fi mayar da hankali kan wayoyin hannu da kafafen sada zumunta.

A ra’ayinsa, Farfesa ya lura cewa, amfani da wayoyin hannu da na’urorin sadarwa suna dauke hankalin dalibai wajenmayar da hankalinsu ga abin da zai amfane su na ilimi.
