Kungiyoyin Masu Amfanin da Wutar Lantarki Sun Koka da Karin Farashin Wutar
Kungiyoyin masu amfani da wutan lantarki sun yi Allah wadai da karin farashin wuta a Najeriya.
Kungiyoyin sun siffanta karin da rashin adalci da saba dokar da a ka yi kan kara farashin.
Hakazalika kungiyoyin sun kalubalanci DisCOs da rashin cika ka’idar da ta dace.
Kungiyoyin masu amfani da wutar lantarki sun yi fatali da karin farashin wutar lantarki da Hukumar Kula da Wutar Lantarki ta Najeriya (NERC) ta amince wa kamfanonin raba lantarki 11.
Kungiyoyin, Energy Consumer Rights and Responsibilities Initiative (ECRRI), da kuma Electricity Consumers Protection Forum, AECPF sun yi Allah wadai da ƙarin a cikin wata tattaunawa da Kamfanin Dillancin Labaran Nijeriya (NAN) a Legas.
NERC ta amince da karin farashin wutar lantarki da zai fara aiki daga 1 ga watan Janairu.

Da yake maida jawabi, Mista Adeola Samuel-Ilori, Kodinetan kasa na AECPF, ya ce karin ya saba wa doka, rashin adalci kuma ba daidai ba ne ga masu amfani da wutar lantarki a kasar.
A cewarsa, karamin karin da ya zo bayan NERC ta kara farashin a ranar 1 ga Satumbar, 2020, ya saba da sashi na 32, 63 da 72 na dokar sake fasalin bangaren wutar lantarki (EPSRA), 2005.
Ya ce dokar ta tanadi cewa duk wani kari ya kamata a yi shi bayan tsawon watanni shida, yana mai jaddada cewa karin ya sabawa doka.
“Kamfanonin DisCos ba su cika sharadin da aka gindaya musa ba na karin kudin da a ka yi a ranar 1 ga Satumba, 2020 tun farko.
”Irin wannan yanayin ana iya samunsa a Sashe na 76 (2) (b) da (7) na EPSRA 2005 wanda ya haɗa da tattaunawa mai faɗi tare da masu ruwa da tsaki da kuma lura da ingancin aiki.” in ji Mr Adeola Samuel-Ilori.
