Babbar kotun tarayya a Lagos ta soke wata shari’a da gwamnatin tarayyar Najeriya ke neman ƙwato wasu kuɗi naira tiriliyan 70 da take zargin na ajiye a asusun bankuna 29 na wasu da take zargin sun sace su.
Mai shari’a Peter Lifu ya zartar da cewa lauyoyin gwamnatin da kuma wasu masu zaman kansu da ta ɗauka haya ba su mayar da hankali sosai a kan shari’ar ba saboda haka ya soke shari’ar.

Bankuna su ne Zenith Bank Plc, Polaris Bank Plc, Citi Bank Ltd, Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bank Plc, Sterling Bank Plc.
Sauran su ne Union Bank Plc, Unity Bank Plc, Keystone Bank Plc, Heritage Bank Plc, First Bank Plc, United Bank For Africa Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, Eco Bank Plc, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Wema Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc.
